Terms of Service

By accessing or using GRADEguru (the “Platform”), operated by Innovgeist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including institutional administrators, faculty members, and general visitors.

GRADEguru is an Academic Operating System designed to help higher education institutions achieve continuous accreditation readiness. The Platform provides tools for academic data management, accreditation framework mapping, report generation, and related services aligned with NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and other evaluation frameworks.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, software, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Innovgeist and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (such as blog reactions, contact form messages, or institutional data during pilot engagements). By submitting content, you grant Innovgeist a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.

Institutional pilot engagements are subject to separate agreements between the institution and Innovgeist. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any pilot-specific agreements. In case of conflict, the pilot agreement shall prevail.

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Innovgeist does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet any specific accreditation outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovgeist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovgeist, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
